Welcome to our bright duplex apartment in central Estepona, located by Plaza Ortiz and close to the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops. The space
Living Area
The apartment has a bright and comfortable living area, designed for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring Estepona. Large windows bring in natural light, creating an airy and welcoming feel. The living space is ideal for unwinding, reading, enjoying a quiet evening, or watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. Guests can also enjoy fast Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Kitchen and Dining
The main kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for an easy holiday stay, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Whether you are preparing breakfast, a simple lunch, or dinner at home, the kitchen is practical and easy to use. There is also a smaller kitchen area upstairs on the second floor, adding extra convenience during your stay.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedrooms are located downstairs. The apartment has one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom, both prepared with fresh bed linen and storage space for your belongings. There are two bathrooms: one bathroom on the first floor and a smaller bathroom upstairs on the second floor. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided, so guests can settle in easily and feel at home.

Outdoor Space
The apartment offers several lovely outdoor spaces. The small balcony from the master bedroom overlooks Plaza Ortiz and its beautiful fountain, giving the room a charming view of the square. The second small balcony, located by the dining/kitchen area, faces a lively pedestrian street filled with restaurants and cafés. Upstairs, the private terrace offers views over Plaza Ortiz and glimpses of the beach, making it a wonderful place to enjoy the sun, relax, or have dinner outdoors.


Additional Amenities
The apartment includes air conditioning and heating for comfort throughout the year. Guests will also have access to Wi-Fi, a smart TV, fresh linens, towels, a hairdryer and essential toiletries. The home is designed to be simple, comfortable and convenient — a relaxed base for enjoying Estepona, the beach, restaurants, cafés and nearby shops.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire apartment during their stay, including both downstairs bedrooms, the main kitchen, living and dining area, two bathrooms, the upstairs kitchenette, and the private terrace areas.

The apartment is private and reserved only for guests. You can make yourself at home and enjoy all the indoor and outdoor spaces, including the terrace with outdoor seating and grill.

Other things to note
Please note that there are stairs in the building to reach the apartment, and the apartment itself is a duplex with stairs inside the home. Both bedrooms are located downstairs, while the second floor includes a small bathroom, kitchenette and terrace areas.

Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is by 11:00. The apartment offers self-check-in, and guests will receive the keys through a lockbox by the main entrance of the building.

Important: Lost, damaged, or unreturned keys will incur a replacement fee of €250. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Pets are not generally allowed, but in some cases they may be considered, so please contact us before booking if you would like to bring a pet.

The apartment is located in central Estepona, close to restaurants, cafés, shops and the beach. As it is in a lively area, some normal city sounds may be heard from time to time. Guests are also responsible for using the grill safely and leaving it clean after use.

Please just keep in mind that during very late-night or early-morning hours, it may occasionally take me a little longer to reply.
