OUR STORY
Our Story: 20 Years Years of Welcoming You Home
For more than two decades, Inspira Properties has been built around a simple belief: where you stay should feel like more than just accommodation—it should feel like a home.
What began with a genuine passion for beautiful properties and personal service has grown into a carefully selected portfolio of rental homes in Stockholm, Estepona, and Marbella.
How It All Began
Inspira Properties was founded 20 years ago with a love of real estate and a desire to create rental experiences that felt more personal, welcoming, and effortless.
From the beginning, we have treated every property as a home and every guest as someone we are genuinely pleased to welcome. As we have grown, that personal approach has remained at the heart of everything we do.
Today, our collection spans three distinctive destinations—from the energy and elegance of Stockholm to the relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle of Estepona and Marbella.
Our Journey
Over the years, we have had the pleasure of welcoming guests from around the world and helping them find a place where they can truly feel at home.
Our experience has taught us that the smallest details often make the greatest difference: a thoughtfully prepared room, a warm welcome, a helpful local recommendation, or simply knowing that someone is available when needed.
Whether it is a stylish city apartment, a charming home in the heart of Estepona, or a beachfront escape in Marbella, every property in our collection is chosen and cared for with comfort, quality, and character in mind.
The Values That Guide Us
Care
We look after every property and want every guest to feel genuinely welcomed.
Trust
Honesty, transparency, and reliability are at the heart of the relationships we build with our guests and property owners.
Quality
We pay close attention to every detail, from the condition of each home to the service provided throughout every stay.
Personal Service
No two guests or stays are the same. We take the time to listen, understand individual needs, and offer thoughtful support from beginning to end.
Our Commitment to You
We understand that choosing a place to stay is about much more than finding a property. It is about feeling comfortable, secure, and confident that your time away will be everything you hoped for.
Whether you are joining us for a short Mediterranean escape, an extended stay, or a new chapter in a long-term home, we are here to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
From your first enquiry until the moment you leave, you can expect attentive communication, genuine care, and a team that is always happy to help.
What Makes Inspira Properties Different
For us, property rental has never been simply about bookings. It is about people, places, and the memories created within them.
Because we personally know the homes and destinations we represent, we can offer a level of care and attention that feels both professional and personal. Our experience gives us confidence, but it is the relationships we build that give our work meaning.
After 20 years, our purpose remains the same: to offer beautiful homes, thoughtful service, and stays our guests will remember for all the right reasons.
